At BetSiteRank, every casino review is built on real money, real accounts, and real evidence. We don’t rank casinos based on press releases, operator-supplied data, or what competing affiliates say. We open accounts, deposit our own funds, play real sessions, and withdraw back to our own wallets — then document every step with timestamped screenshots and transaction hashes.
This page explains exactly how we do it.
Who we are
BetSiteRank is operated by Lotto60, the parent company that also owns and operates LuxosCasino. We disclose this relationship prominently because transparency is non-negotiable in this industry. Reviews of LuxosCasino on BetSiteRank carry a clear above-the-fold disclosure, and we do not rank LuxosCasino above operators we have tested and found to be better.
The 9-step test protocol
Every operator reviewed on BetSiteRank is put through the same nine-stage protocol by an in-country tester — a real person who lives in the market the review covers (currently Nigeria and Brazil).
Registration
Tester creates a new account from a local IP, using local ID and contact details. We record how long signup takes, what verification is requested upfront, and whether any geo-blocks or payment restrictions appear.
Crypto deposit
A real minimum deposit is made in cryptocurrency (typically USDT on TRC-20 or BEP-20, or BTC depending on operator support). We screenshot every screen — deposit address, network selection, confirmation, and the credited balance. The on-chain transaction hash is recorded.
Local payment deposit
A second deposit is made using a payment method local to the tester’s country (bank transfer, Pix in Brazil, Opay or Moniepoint in Nigeria). This tests whether the operator actually supports the payment rails they advertise for each geo.
Real gameplay
The tester plays real sessions across slots, live dealer, and where available table games — logging bet sizes, outcomes, and any technical issues. We are not looking to win; we are looking to generate a genuine play history that qualifies for withdrawal under the operator’s terms.
Crypto withdrawal
The tester initiates a withdrawal of remaining funds back to their own wallet. We record the withdrawal request time, any KYC requests triggered, processing time, and the final on-chain receipt. The TX hash links back to our wallet, proving the funds actually arrived.
Local payment withdrawal
Where supported, a second withdrawal is made to a local bank account or payment method. This is where most operators fail quietly — advertised payment methods often don’t work for withdrawals in the same way they work for deposits.
Customer support test
The tester contacts live chat and email support with a realistic question. Response time, language handling, and answer quality are scored. Chat transcripts are saved.
Bonus and wagering analysis
If a deposit bonus is claimed, wagering requirements, game contribution, max bet limits, and time windows are documented from the operator’s actual T&Cs — not from the marketing page.
Provably fair check
For operators offering provably fair games, the tester runs a verification on at least one game round, confirming the seed-and-hash mechanism works as advertised. Our full provably fair methodology is published separately.
Evidence database
Every test produces: timestamped screenshots of every screen, blockchain transaction hashes for all crypto deposits and withdrawals, chat logs from support interactions, and tester notes on anything unusual. This evidence is stored in our internal database and linked directly from the published review. If we can’t back a claim with evidence, we don’t publish it.
Scoring
Each operator receives a score out of 100, broken into six weighted categories:
Scores are recalculated every six months or whenever our testers flag a material change.
When we delist
We remove operators from our rankings if a withdrawal is refused or delayed beyond 14 days without valid reason, if licensing lapses, if a pattern of player complaints emerges that the operator doesn’t address, or if the operator changes terms in a way that disadvantages existing players retroactively. Delisting notes are published.
Editorial independence
Our testers are paid a flat fee per completed test protocol. They are not paid more if an operator scores higher. Affiliate commercial terms are negotiated separately from editorial and have no influence on scores. If an operator refuses to be tested, we note that publicly rather than hide it.
